Veepers was developed
by Pulse 3D and is often used to animate digital images of
people, animals and "creatures" of your choosing.
One of the more common uses includes video presentations.
During these presentations, the
characters appear to talk.
You
can imagine the marketing and sales potential.
In addition to
the
business side of this product, many online users enjoy the
entertainment value this has to offer, such as creating:

An advantage is that it is generally less costly to
produce and alter than tradition animation software. And

The Veepers
Presentation
- Expect movement of the animated mouth
in
synchronization with the audio, raising and lowering of the eyebrows,
blinking of the eyes.
- For this to take place, the creator initially
selects the image with neutral facial expressions and
an absence of eyeglasses.
- Once the image is loaded, dots are centered
over the corners and centers of the eyes and mouth.
- The Audio Manager adds facial
expressions, blinks, head
movements and match the lip movements and the voice.
- Generally, can be created faster than video.
For
the average user, this animated software creation perform just like
streaming video. Behind the scenes however, there is much
going
on.
A Pulse’s IDE or similar technology is used to manage facial
expressions on a fixed JPEG image. These expressions are matched with
audio dialogue.
Advocates of this new technology claim that the file
size is approximately 50
times smaller than a streaming video file of the same time duration.
The file size is also minimized as users need not view a “one size fits
all” presentation.
